Zoning Verification Letter Request

    Use this form to request a Zoning Verification Letter. City staff will confirm the zoning, flood information, building permit history. There is a fee of $50.00 per address for this letter. You may pay by calling 952-249-4600. You may also pay in person or by check.

  7. Electronic Signature Agreement*

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date. Further you acknowledge there is a fee of $50.00 due prior to the distribution of the letter.

    I acknowledge a convenience fee of 3% will be applied to credit/debit card payments. An additional fee of 50¢ is applied for payments below $100.
