ORONO'S RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
The City of Orono takes the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously and is proactively working to minimize public health risk by following the recommended guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention and the Minnesota Department of Health.
To prioritize the health and well-being of our community, and to help slow the spread of coronavirus the City Hall lobby is closed to all visitors. A material drop off area has been established in the vestibule located at the front entrance of our City Offices. Visitors may use this drop off area for any payments, plans, or other materials for the City to apply to their accounts, permits, and licenses.
The City of Orono will remain fully staffed during regular business hours to answer any questions by phone or email. The City will continue to closely monitor the situation and will communicate significant updates as needed.
