NEW PERMIT REVIEW/ INSPECTION PROCESS

Effective Tuesday, January 4, 2022, the building permit review and inspection process will be brought back in-house.The City of Orono Building Official will be Nicole Egan, the Building Inspector will be Gary Nelson and MNSpec will be assisting when necessary. Permits will continue to be processed through Citizen Serve, but direct all inspection requests and general building code inquiries to the City of Orono at 952-249-4600.ext. 1.
